As the disinterested advocate I will speak for the evidence which cannot speak for iteself, utilizing generally accepted scientific standards and protocols.
Show you how the evidence, or lack thereof, can best support your position and conversely, where it may hinder it.
Point out the strengths and weaknesses in the opposing party's case.
Inform you of areas to consider for a Daubert Challenge, if any.
Provide consultation and advice and work with full zeal.
Encourage you to take legal steps to prevent surreptitious testing by the opposing party in their attempt to rehabilitate and bolster support for initial opinions.

I operate a private forensic lab and am not associated with law enforcement agencies; ASCLD accredits police crime lab agencies and is staffed and operated by personnel that work for them.
The confidential client information in my cases will never be disseminated to personnel who are not directly related to the case and authorized to see or discuss it.
